Test Engeneer / Medical Equipment Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Establishment of test and service plans
- Setup of test stands and function ,models
- Verification of the electronic and electromechanical components & functions of prototype and pre-production devices against requirement specifications
- Test planning, implementation and documentation of prototypes and first-series tests in accordance with medical standards IEC 60601
- Support for final inspection and troubleshooting of analysis and assessment of technical problems on equipment, as well as complaint management
- Performing repairs to components and systems as well as recording repairs and tests
- Creation of the test, maintenance and service instructions
Required Skills:
- University degree in the field of engineering with specialization in electronics, information technology or medical technology
- You are familiar with the regulatory requirements of medical technology
- Ideally knowledge of the IEC 60601-x-y standards
- Knowledge of measurement technology and testing technology in the field of electronics is a prerequisite
- Experience in the SMD area and work according to wiring diagrams and layouts
- Soldering skills, especially of small and micro components
