MS Westfalia GmbH together with an invited expert conducted a workshop on the survey of patients with rare ocular pathologies by using the optical coherence tomography of the latest generation 3D OCT-2000 (Topcon) on November 6-8, 2013.
A workshop on ophthalmology equipment was held on November 6-8, 2013 at the Far East Federal University Medical Center.
The workshop was conducted by MS Westfalia GmbH specialists together with Eugene Butin, the head of ophthalmology department of special investigation methods of the diagnostic and treatment center number 7 in St. Petersburg. On the example of an optical coherence tomography unit 3D OCT-2000 (Topcon) they spoke about new examination methods for patients with rare ocular pathologies and the advantages of the new device in comparison with existing analogues.
The workshop was attended by over 40 experts. The optical coherence tomography unit 3D OCT-2000 was granted to the workshop by MS Westfalia, the official distributor of Topcon Corporation in Russia and the CIS.
