On 15-18 July 2013 within the framework of MSW Academy the training for MS Westfalia GmbH marketing and sales managers and regional representatives took place. The event was held in the Moscow office of the company.
Training for managers and regional representatives of MSW can be truly described as a significant event in terms of form and content. Representatives from different cities of Russia and CIS countries - St. Petersburg, Arkhangelsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Perm, Irkutsk, Omsk, Almaty - gathered together for the event. Training was conducted by highly skilled professionals from Troisdorf, Munich and Moscow.
The training had a practical orientation and was aimed, first of all, at showing the ability to demonstrate the features and competitive advantages of the equipment manufactured by MS Westfalia GmbH. Much attention was also given to the ability to offer the customer the right kind of equipment and a set of characteristics that will best meet the needs. In detail the work with distributors was discussed, including assisting distributors in selection of equipment, benefits of working with MS Westfalia GmbH.
During the training, all the managers and regional representatives of MS Westfalia GmbH showed good product knowledge and understanding of the business, demonstrated skills how to communicate with distributors and successfully passed the qualifying test.
