The Blanc mono-block wall system, consisting of sandwich panels, has been concepted especially for clean room applications.

For guaranteed long life and stability, 0.6 mm thick, galvanized and powder coated steel sheeting is used as outside skin. The core consists of polyurethane foam or mineral wool as compression-proof filling and insulating material. The panels are equipped with a circulatory worked-in aluminium profile. The connection of the individual wall elements is carried out via a hidden Blanc clip-in-system specially developed for this. It enables the easy flush and flexible fitting of clean room windows and doors. Depending on the requirement, the panels are produced in widths of 200 – 1200 mm and heights up to 3600 mm. Greater heights can be delivered, whereby an additional static reinforcement of the construction could be necessary. The sealing of the panel joints is carried out permanently elastic with silicone or acryl. The ceiling is attached with a telescope type ceiling connection. The integration of media channels in the widths 100, 200 and 300 mm is possible without problems.

Integration of media supply lines

We offer diverse technical solutions to guide cables, cleanest water supply lines, technical gases and other media supply lines hidden in the wall system.

Cable channel Cable channels can be allocated between the individual wall elements horizontally or vertically. These can be opened at any time and enable the laying of supply lines up to a diameter of 45 mm at any time.

Band grid insert Band grid sheets can be placed between the individual wall elements, whereby vertical shafts are created between each wall element. These can be opened and closed from both sides. The laying of supply lines up to a diameter of 30 mm is possible.

Clean room windows with double glazing

Blanc clean room windows are glazed flush with the surface and are integrated with the proven clip-insystem.

The glazing can be carried out selectably in the qualities float glass, single pane safety glass and multilayer glass.

Window sizes from 400 to 1200 mm width and 400 to 2000 mm height are available in a 200 mm grid. Special sizes can be supplied on request. The joint to the wall elements is permanently elastic grouted with silicone.

The clean room window is supplied as a closed block, so that it cannot be contaminated on the inside during assembly at the building site.
