Made-to-measure and quick assembly.

The ceiling consists of made-to-measure sandwich elements. The build-up of the elements is carried out with galvanized and powder coated steel sheeting of 0.6 mm thickness. The core consists of polyurethane foam or mineral wool as compression-proof filler and insulating material.

The panels are finished with a tongue-and-groove system and are supplied up to a width of 1200 mm. The sealing of the joints is carried out permanently elastic with silicone or acryl.

The overhanging span is 2500 mm for mineral wool and 6000 mm for PUfoam. For larger spans or walk-on ceilings, the elements must be mounted on the constructed ceiling with the supplied suspensions. The fitting of lamps, air vents and other accessories is possible at any time.

Clamping cassette ceiling Q-Clip. The classic with the proven clip-system

The non-perforated clamping cassette ceiling is made from galvanized, powder coated steel sheeting with a thickness of 0.5 mm and is bent on four sides.

The insertion into a grid consisting of clamping profiles is carried out from below. The cassette edges are specially formed to enable a circulatory silicone grouting. The threaded bars for the necessary suspension from the constructed ceiling are included in delivery. The ceiling cannot be walked on.

The dismantling of the ceiling can be carried out easily after removing the silicone joint. A surface-flush fitting of lamps, air vents and other accessories is possible.

If the ability to check the ceiling at certain points is to be ensured, individual or all cassettes can be equipped with the swing-down spring „Swing Down“. When opening the ceiling at these points the cassette no longer has to be removed, it is just folded down.
